Veteran real estate agent Christopher Jude has joined Gutman Development Marketing from Fortune International Realty, where he served as the in-house sales executive for 57 Ocean, a luxury waterfront condominium development in Miami Beach.
For the three years he served in that position, he participated in over 65 deals, including the April purchase of Penthouse II for $25 million. Before Fortune, Jude worked with Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami, as well as The Corcoran Group in Palm Beach.
Jude’s hire follows the August announcement that Gutman Development Founder Phil Gutman would lead the in-house sales initiative for Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management’s Ocean House Residences in Surfside.
“I am thrilled that Christopher has joined the GDM team,” Gutman said. “He is a veteran with incredible success in the industry. By managing all aspects of the sales function, we are excited to work hand-in-hand with and drive sales for large and small developers.”
