Taylor Morrison will begin building and selling homes at the Astor Creek Golf & Country Club in early 2025.

The Arizona-based builder has secured 150 of Astor Creek’s 900 homesites and will join Kolter Homes in developing the Port St. Lucie community.

“Like Kolter Homes, Taylor Morrison is focused on delivering a quality home and customer experience,” Kolter Homes Regional Vice President Derek Fenech said in a press release. “Their addition is yet another positive step forward in establishing Astor Creek as the Treasure Coast’s premier country club community.”

Many of Taylor Morrison’s homesites will offer water, landscape and golf course views. The single-story floor plans will provide open-concept living areas and great rooms.

Astor Creek opened in October 2023. It features an 18-hole championship golf course, and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse with full-service dining, a fitness center and resort-style pool is currently under construction with an opening scheduled for 2025.
