ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s development division will lead sales and marketing at the Panther National golf club community in Palm Beach. The development is centered around an 18-hole, championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas.

The community is selling semi-custom homes from its Signature Estates collection, as well as fully custom homes from its Custom Estates collection. The Signature Estates homes, which are being built on third-acre or half-acre lots, offer floor plans of 4,500 to over 7,500 square feet, with pricing from $4.5 million to $8 million. The Custom Estates residences, on half-acre and one-acre lots, range from 7,000 to over 11,000 square feet and have golf course or nature preserve views, with pricing from $9 million to $20 million.

The first Signature Estate homes will be delivered in early 2025, and a clubhouse designed by architect Max Strang will begin development and construction this fall. The clubhouse will have fine dining, wine and sports bars, indoor golf and a courtyard with fire pits. The 18-hole golf course and a nine-hole golf course opened in 2023.

In late summer 2025, a performance training center will be complete, and development of a racquet center will begin. The racquet center, which will feature tennis, pickleball and padel courts, is expected to open in early 2026 and will be a part of The Panther National Lifestyle Club and Wellness Center, which will offer a spa, gym, dining area, pools, a pool bar and cabanas.

“Demand in the South Florida market continues to outpace real estate sales nationwide,” Panther National CEO Frank Weed said in a press release. “We have exceeded $300 million in sales in a short time frame and look forward to partnering with the experts at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty to continue this momentum, reaching new owners as we open new phases and begin construction on the Panther National Clubhouse.”
