Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management has launched sales of 25 ultra-luxury condominiums at Ocean House in Surfside, with prices starting at $5 million.

Multiplan will conduct sales in-house by appointment only and has engaged Phil Gutman to lead the process.

Located at 9317 Collins Ave., the project will offer two- to five-bedroom units ranging from 2,093 to 6,279 square feet. Multiplan has started demolishing the two-story Regent Palace Condominium on the site ahead of groundbreaking, which is slated for the first quarter of 2025. Delivery is expected in 2027.

All units will have floor-to-ceiling windows, living rooms with natural-stone flooring, open-concept kitchens and private terraces with Atlantic Ocean views. Community amenities will include a spa with treatment room, salon, steam room and rooftop pool deck, as well as a vitality pool and fitness center. Tropical landscaping, reflecting ponds, floating cabanas and lounges are also on tap.

Arquitectonica and its ArquitectonicaGEO unit are handling the project’s architectural and landscape designs, while designer Carla Guilhem is the interior designer.

“Unlike the impersonal high-rise developments prevalent in South Florida, Ocean House offers an intimate, exclusive experience,” Multiplan Managing Partner Marcelo Kingston said in a press release. “With breathtaking waterfront views, lavish interiors and a limited collection of residences, Ocean House is a truly exceptional offering within Surfside’s coveted coastline and Miami’s burgeoning luxury real estate market.”
