The Inman Innovator Awards recently named the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® the 2024 Most Innovative Organization/MLS in the U.S.  

The awards were founded in 1998 to honor companies, individuals and new technology that increase productivity, efficiency and transparency for both consumers and real estate professionals. The awards, which annually receives more than 300 nominees, selected 10 finalists for Top MLS, Association or Industry Association. 

In explaining its decision to recognize MIAMI REALTORS®, Inman cited the association’s first-of-its-kind Young Professionals Network Global, which hosted events in in Dubai and Valencia, Spain; new headquarters building and conference center; partnership with five other MLSs; Commercial MLS, the first in the United States; and generative AI assistant for members. 

“This prestigious Inman Innovator Award is for all of our MIAMI leaders, executives and members through the decades who have installed our culture of innovation and of putting our members first,” MIAMI REALTORS® CEO Teresa King Kinney said in a press release. “We take pride in being forward-thinking, of seeing needs in the marketplace and being the first to provide solutions. Whether its global or AI or commercial or residential, we will continue to bring industry-leading products and services so our members can better serve their clients and make more deals.”
