GFO Investments recently launched condominium sales at 14 ROC, a 32-story tower in downtown Miami.
The property will offer 283 units ranging from 410-square-foot studios to 964-square-foot two bedrooms, with prices starting at $495,000. Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.
All condos will have open layouts, high ceilings, private balconies and interiors by MAWD | March and White Design. RSP Architects designed the tower, while Urban Robot Associates is the landscape architect. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
Located at 125 NE 14th St., 14 ROC is near Miami’s Signature District, which is anchored by the Signature Bridge, Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, Pérez Art Museum and the 33-acre Underdeck green space, which connects downtown Miami and Edgewater.
Community amenities will be situated in a 25,000-square-foot space spanning three levels and crowned with a rooftop pool. Amenities will include a bar and grilling areas, coworking lounge, meeting and event rooms, fitness center, workout studios, yoga lounge with terrace, locker rooms with steam room and sauna, karaoke room, game room, theater room, kids room and resident entertainment lounge with open kitchen.
“Miami’s visionary infrastructure investments that prioritize walkability and connectivity have transformed downtown into a magnet for luxury residential development,” Cervera CEO Alicia Cervera said in a press release. “14 ROC is poised to become a landmark addition to the emerging Signature District, catering to the discerning residents who desire a modern and design-forward haven where everything they crave is within easy reach.”
