PMG Residential, Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development are building a 372-condominium tower in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood, One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12).
Over half of the property’s units were sold in the first month of sales, which are being led by PMG Residential. Residences start at $300,000 and include fully furnished studio and one-bedroom units, plus a limited number of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Features include integrated kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes and under-mount sinks; custom shades; Miele appliances; and Italkraft kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
Designed by CUBE 3, the building’s amenities will include a rooftop garden and pool with lounge areas, a fitness center, curated art installations, smart-building technology and house cruiser bikes with storage. The property will also be home to Vibe BBQ, a quick-serve restaurant from eight-time James Beard Foundation award winner Marcus Samuelsson.
“As a Miami native as well as a property and business owner in Overtown for over 12 years, we are thrilled to work with existing stakeholders in the community on One West Twelve Residences,” Lion Development CEO Michael Simkins said in a press release. “Working once more with esteemed partners like PMG and LNDMRK, we are committed to celebrating the history of this amazing neighborhood and creating a living experience that embodies the perfect blend of iconic Miami charm and modern living.”
“Every detail, from the elegant lobby to the atmospheric rooftop garden, has been thoughtfully designed to offer a dynamic lifestyle,” PMG Managing Partner Ryan Shear added. “Situated in the heart of Miami’s most lively neighborhoods, ONE W12 provides residents with unparalleled access to the best the city has to offer.”
