Adam Kaufman joins Premier Sotheby’s International as SVP of new development

Real estate veteran Adam Kaufman recently joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as senior vice president of the firm’s new development division.  

In his new role, Kaufman will lead the division, overseeing sales and marketing for the company’s development projects in Florida and North Carolina. He will also hire, train and manage sales teams, develop relationships with developers and brokers in the company’s markets and personally represent certain projects.  

Kaufman previously served as president and co-founder of AdaMark Residential, a sales and marketing firm focused on real estate acquisitions, where he oversaw numerous ultra-luxury projects. He also Kaufman served as vice president and principal at Pordes Residential, where he led a team of 120 agents and administrative staff. 

Previous projects he’s worked on include Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach and Veer Towers in Las Vegas, as well as an exclusive collaboration with developers on a 142-unit luxury condominium development in Satellite Beach.

Kaufman holds a Bachelor of Arts in education from Fairmont State College in West Virginia. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker, member of the Florida Board of REALTORS® and a former high school history teacher and college football player.
