Kolter Urban recently topped off Selene Oceanfront Residences, a dual-tower luxury condominium that will be the tallest residential building on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Located at 151 N. Seabreeze Blvd, the 26-story project will bring 194 units to market when it opens in the second quarter of 2025. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales, while Coastal Construction is the general contractor.

Condos come in two- and three-bedroom layouts and span 1,400 to 3,200 square feet with a limited collection of penthouses. Amenities include two pool terraces with a resort-style pool, lap pool, spa, cabanas and day beds, fire-pit lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen and pavilion-shaded pool bar. The base of the property will have a park and over 5,400 square feet of oceanfront restaurant space.

“Reaching this construction milestone on schedule is a testament to the expertise of Coastal Construction and the incredible sales success of the development as a whole,” Kolter Urban President Bob Vail said in a press release. “Selene Oceanfront Residences is a one-of-a-kind property in one of South Florida’s most sought-after destinations, set to deliver an uncompromising, contemporary lifestyle.”
