Regency Development Group has launched sales at Villa17, a 10-townhome luxury development at the corner of 17th Street and Jefferson Avenue in Miami Beach.  

Douglas Elliman Executive Director of Luxury Sales Darin Tansey will lead sales and marketing for the community, which was designed by Kobi Karp. 

Each residence will have four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and span 2,500 to 3,000 square feet. Prices begin at $3.5 million. Yodezeen is designing the fully furnished interiors, which will be available in three distinct designs and offer customizable features. Units will also have private elevators connecting all four floors, two-car garages and rooftop terraces.
