PMG and Greybrook recently began move-ins at Society Wynwood, a new 318-apartment mid-rise in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.

Located at 176 NW 25th St., the nine-story building also offers 50,210 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, including a courtyard entrance with Dave’s Hot Chicken, Bodega Taqueria, Starbucks, Chama de Fogo and Nacho Daddy. The entryway on 2nd Avenue will have a custom, experiential sculpture by Daniel Popper.

Apartments will range from studios to three bedrooms and include several furnished “rent-by-bedroom,” co-living options. Each residence offers a private balcony, smart door locks and thermostats with pre-installed Wi-Fi, wood-grain tile, kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and custom Italian cabinetry, backlit bathroom vanity mirrors and insulated windows to block outside noise.

There are also over 82,000 square feet of community amenities, including an entertainment rooftop and pool deck with a full-service restaurant and dedicated elevator, resort-style pool with lounge areas and hot tub, outdoor fitness field and yoga lawn, grills and dining areas and an 18-foot LED screen. Inside, there is a gym with fitness classes, coworking lab with over 15 private conference rooms, social lounges and a lobby with 24/7 concierge.

“Society Wynwood introduces an unparalleled caliber of amenities in a multifamily building,” PMG Managing Partner Ryan Shear said in a press release. “Our massive coworking lab, fitness facilities and rooftop pool and entertainment deck far surpass anything in the market. From frequent resident fitness classes and community events to bringing top food and beverage operators to the ground floor retail courtyard, we look forward to witnessing Society Wynwood become a community hub that channels the creative energy of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District.”
