Leonardo da Vinci. He was a polymath, excelling in various fields like art, science, engineering and anatomy. Meeting him would have offered me insights into a wide range of subjects and satisfy my curiosity for multidisciplinary knowledge. Plus, his innovative thinking and creativity could have inspired my own pursuits.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
Just by my house: the Deering Estate. It’s very rich with its natural landscapes, historical and archeological mémoire.
What do you love most about the industry?
The excitement of finding and creating spaces, combined with the potential for financial growth and satisfaction of helping others from all cultures.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Finding the balance between the market fluctuation and the client’s needs, plus, of course, the difficulty of getting leads.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Working hard on my image/visibility and giving satisfaction to clients.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
Zaha Hadid’s masterpiece, the One Thousand Museum, is my favorite building in Miami. Its distinctive exoskeleton design, with its fluid curves and futuristic appearance, reflects Hadid’s signature style and pushes the boundaries of architectural innovation.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
One of the weirdest things that ever happened to me on the job was when the child of a client accidentally locked himself inside a closet during a viewing. It took some creative problem-solving to locate the spare key and free him without causing any damage to the property. Needless to say, it was an unexpected twist in an otherwise routine day!
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
My passion for urban exploring. My love discovering hidden gems and forgotten spaces in the city, capturing their beauty through photography and sharing my adventures with others. It’s an adventurous side of me that adds excitement to my life.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
The Florida Keys. They offer a perfect combination of natural beauty, outdoor activities and a relaxed island atmosphere.
