North Development has launched sales of units in its new project, Domus Brickell Center, a 35-story, short-term-rental condominium tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

The FLATS (flexible apartments for temporary stays) project, located at 1034 SW 2nd Ave., will be the second of its kind for North Development, which is a joint-venture between Miami developer Ricardo Dunin’s Oak Capital and Edifica, one of the largest developers in Peru.

The company broke ground on its sister project, Domus Brickell Park, about two months ago. That project is approximately 60% sold and slated for completion next winter. Domus Brickell Center is expected to be delivered at the end of 2027.

Starting in the low $500,000s to $1.5 million, studio, one- and two-bedroom units will be fully furnished and offer nine-foot ceilings, private balconies, keyless-entry smart-lock systems, premium appliances and in-unit washers and dryers.

Residents will also have access to The Cypress Room, a 4,000-square-foot gathering area with a café, wine bar and artisanal market with gourmet fare, as well as a seventh-floor gym, rooftop yoga deck, rooftop bar, pool and sky deck. Twenty-four-hour concierge services will be provided by the management company, Domus Management.

“Domus Brickell Center is a true marketplace disruptor and the latest stage of evolution for our FLATS concept,” said Dunin, the founding partner of North Development. “To ensure that value and quality remain intact, we have created a one-of-its-kind management company to oversee day-to-day services, ensuring that the brand maintains its top-level reputation from one project to the next.”

Studio Mc+G Architecture designed the tower, while Urban Robot Associates is the interior architect and Thornton Construction Company is the general contractor. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales broker for both Domus projects.
