Developers recently broke ground on the second clubhouse at Avenir, a 4,752-acre master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens.
The 28,000-square-foot Avenir West Clubhouse will be located on a 13-acre site on the west side of Avenir, with completion expected in mid-2025. Adjacent to GL Homes’ APEX at Avenir community, it will have a dedicated entrance for APEX residents and remain accessible to three other Avenir communities as well.
The complex will offer three separate pools, including a lap pool and a resort-style pool with beach entry, a spa and covered play area for kids, as well as hammocks and cabanas with day beds.
There will also be a sports complex with 12 pickleball courts and nine tennis courts, all with Har-Tru clay surfaces, an open playfield, pro shop, 24/7 gym, sauna and steam rooms, massage rooms, teen room and indoor sports courts.
A full-service restaurant, an indoor bar and an outdoor bar that also services the pool area will be on offer, as will two water features at the entrance.
“Avenir West Clubhouse will include the sought-after luxury amenities and on-trend designs our homeowners are seeking today,” GL Homes President Misha Ezratti said in a press release. “APEX residents will enjoy an elevated standard of everyday convenience just steps from their home.”
Homes at APEX at Avenir are priced from the low $800,000s and range from 1,905 to 5,260 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to seven bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. Model homes will open later this month and the first homes are expected for November delivery.
Future planned amenities include a 2,400-acre nature preserve, working farm, dog parks and a town center with retail, office, dining and entertainment options.
