Jorge Perez, a real estate agent with RE/MAX Experience in Fort Lauderdale, was named to the National Association of REALTORS‘ (NAR) 30 Under 30.  

The list recognizes the industry’s rising stars who demonstrate skill, success, creativity and leadership in their real estate careers, NAR said.   

Perez has been a licensed agent for five years, during which time he’s participated in closing 130 home sales. He had $13.6 million in sales volume over 28 deals last year.  

Since college, Perez has been involved in the Children’s Miracle Network, where he volunteers as a Miracle agent. He is also involved in the Pet Project, which helps Fort Lauderdale residents pay for their pets’ food, grooming and vet bills.
