‘Only a Realtor®’ creating a national movement

Realtors® have been the architects of the American dream of homeownership for over a century. They deeply understand how homeownership can transform lives and enrich futures for individuals from all walks of life and every corner of this nation. They invest countless hours in their clients’ unique transactions, demonstrating their unwavering dedication and commitment.

In 2020, the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® recognized that the industry was facing challenges and that it was an opportune time to reinforce the role of a Realtor® as personal, local resources and trusted advisors to consumers. The association quickly took action and launched the award-winning Only a Realtor® campaign in May 2022, reaching over 68 million impressions and 21 million video plays on major networks, connected TV apps and paid social media advertising.

The association knew the power of the campaign would be amplified when a national movement of Realtors® was created by utilizing multiple platforms to tell our story with the collective influence of Realtors® nationwide. The Only a Realtor® campaign has successfully launched three commercials as part of the campaign, and its newest commercial, “Box of Memories,” focuses on the selling journey for consumers. At a critical time across the country, it’s never been more important for Realtors® to tell their stories intentionally and educate consumers on their unique expertise and their essential role during real estate transactions. The Only a Realtor® campaign amplifies these efforts.

The Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® recently licensed the Only a Realtor® campaign’s Box of Memories commercial to Royal Palm Coast Realtors® Association located in the southwest region of Florida to reach and educate even more consumers on the essential role of a Realtor®.

This and future licensing partnerships include a 45-day launch plan with strategic and comprehensive media planning and buying, media analytics and optimization, a customized campaign commercial spot, digital ad assets, a consumer-friendly website and a communications plan and messaging to promote the campaign to consumers in the association’s region.

The licensing of the campaign is a strategic move to enhance awareness of the value and professionalism of using a Realtor® as a trusted partner in real estate transactions. They are extending the opportunity to license the campaign to other Realtor® associations nationwide, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
