Delray Beach-based Soflo Home Realty Corp. has affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate and will now be known as CENTURY 21 Luxe Homes. 

The female-led brokerage was founded six years ago and is located at 4 SE Sixth Ave. Since January, the firm has been led by 19-year industry veteran and new broker Roberta Lucas, a Brazilian native. Lucas intends to open a second office on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.
