Sales have begun for units in the North Tower of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, and come on the heels of the recent $55 million sale of a penthouse in the South Tower, which is now 80% sold.
The St. Regis Sunny Isles Beach will be the tallest oceanfront residential property in South Florida, with the North Tower rising 750 feet tall. The project is by Fortune International Group and Château Group and will be managed by St. Regis Hotels and Resorts.
The North Tower will feature 170 residences of up to 5,500 square feet and include two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom condos, along with two-story, full-floor penthouses with private pools. The North Tower’s amenities include a fitness center, wellness pool, pickleball and padel courts, kids’ and teens’ clubs and private lounge areas.
Together, the towers are situated along 435 linear feet of beach and share a podium with three ocean-facing pools and a sunset pool deck with an infinity-edge pool. There is also an oceanfront terrace with two dining options, the Residents Club and the Ellipse Club, which offers a cognac room, wine bar and gaming rooms.
Arquitectonica designed the towers, while interiors are by São Paulo-based Patricia Anastassiadis, and landscaping is by EDSA.
