ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has brought on COMPASS’s Jared Ringel and 15 of his agents, all of whom will join ONE Sotheby’s Erin Omiatek to create The Modern Group.  

The new team will be based out of the brokerage’s Boca Raton office and specialize in luxury residential sales and new development. Among the agents joining The Modern Group are top agents Marc Coriaty and Christopher Scoppettone.

Ringel began his real estate career as a commercial leasing agent in New York and New Jersey. After founding and running his own business for seven years, he sold his online platform and moved to South Florida and entered the residential sector, in which he has handled roughly $1 billion in sales over the last five years.
