The NRP Group recently broke ground on The Riley, a 275-unit, market-rate apartment community in Fort Myers, located at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Boulevard. It’s expected to complete in late 2025.
The project comprises three four-story buildings. Building one will serve as the main gathering area for residents with an integrated clubhouse and most of the property’s amenities, including a resort-style pool with outdoor grilling areas, media room, business center, fitness center and dog park. Building two will offer a courtyard with public greenspace and sitting and lounging areas, while building three will present panoramic views of nearby Estero Bay Preserve State Park.
The residences will have soft-closing cabinets, LED-lit mirrors with frames, modern lighting fixtures and luxury kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Apartments come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 655 to 1,537 square feet.
Rents are expected to start at the low $1,600s.
“We’re excited to bring this latest development to the Fort Myers and Lee County area, which has experienced incredible growth,” Senior Vice President of Florida Development Kurt Kehoe said in a press release. “The Riley is a testament to NRP’s commitment to providing the highest quality communities and our belief in the future and continued expansion of Southwest Florida.”
