Turnberry has broken ground on ONE Park Tower by Turnberry in the SoLé Mia master-planned community in North Miami.
More than 50% of the 299 units in the 33-story luxury condominium tower have been sold since sales opened in April 2022. Prices start at $800,000, and units are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, as well as penthouses, all of which have dens, high ceilings, wrap-around terraces and master bedrooms with walk-in closets.
Community amenities include Laguna Solé, a swimmable lagoon the size of 21 Olympic-sized pools, 37 acres of active and passive green space with eight miles of biking and running trails, a private swimming pool, pickleball courts and wellness center with fitness, spa and massage facilities. Co-working facilities, a library, event rooms, a climate-controlled wine room and children’s playroom are also in the works.
Located at 2411 Laguna Circle, the building is designed by Arquitectonica with interior design by Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca. Fortune International Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing broker.
