Three advisors and two teams from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Naples were named to Sotheby’s International Realty’s Top 100 agents worldwide.  

Based on their 2022 sales, the individuals are Kim Price of the brokerage’s Park Shore office, Paul Arpin of the Broad Avenue office and Karen Van Arsdale, accompanied by Nina Van Arsdale, of the Broad Avenue office. 

The top teams are The Michelle Thomas Team of the Marco Island office and Joel Schemmel, Donna Soda and Toni Schemmel of the Schemmel Soda Group in downtown Sarasota office. 

The honorees are among Sotheby’s International’s network of 26,000 agents in 1,000 offices across 81 countries.
