GL Homes is launching pre-construction sales at its fourth 55-plus active-adult community at Riverland in Port St. Lucie: Valencia Parc at Riverland.  

The new community will consist of 1,365 single-story homes priced from the low $400,000s to the $700,000s. 

GL Homes began developing the 4,000-acre Riverland master-planned community in 2018. The first three communities there — Valencia Cay, Valencia Grove and Valencia Walk — quickly sold out.  

“The next phase at Riverland promises to be our best yet,” GL Homes Chief Marketing Officer Jill DiDonna said in a press release. “Valencia Parc at Riverland will offer homebuyers the choice of up to 22 different home designs, complete with the finishes and features desired by today’s most discerning homebuyers. In addition, the community will boast all the resort-style amenities and lifestyle-enriching programming that have come to define GL Homes’ active-adult communities.” 

Valencia Parc amenities will include a five-acre, 38,000-square-foot social club with a resort-style pool, social hall for events, sports room and indoor and outdoor dining. 

Riverland’s community amenities include the 24-acre Riverland Sports & Racquet Club, 51,000-square-foot Riverland Wellness & Fitness Center, five-acre Riverland Arts & Culture Center, Paseo Park, five-mile Riverland Paseo Greenway and Riverland Town Center with a mix of commercial and retail space.
