What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I have been in real estate for a really long time. My most interesting job before selling real estate was as a paralegal for in-house counsel for a commercial owner/developer.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
When stressed, I like to take a yoga class and go to the spa with my friends. I also like to travel and hang out with friends and family.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
It would be between Cleopatra or Queen Elizabeth I for their influence in history and the time periods they lived in.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
The springs in north Florida are the best-kept secret for several reasons: crystal-clear waters and natural landscape and the variety of outdoor water activities like snorkeling, tubing and kayaking make them appealing to outdoor enthusiasts. The secluded and unspoiled nature of these springs adds to their charm, offering a more peaceful experience compared to some of Florida’s more heavily visited attractions.
What do you love most about the industry?
The dynamic blend of challenges and opportunities it offers. Every property is unique, and helping clients navigate the intricacies of buying or selling while witnessing their dreams come to life is truly rewarding.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Housing affordability, maintaining sufficient inventory and keeping up with technology, as changes to the industry are happening fast.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Community engagement and building relationships. Getting your name and brand out there, getting to know people in the community and building trust and relationships.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Lately, I haven’t been watching much TV. After work, I have been active playing pickleball, golf and exercising.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
Ceviche at Aroma Del Peru in Pompano Beach
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
Miami Tower. It just says Miami/South Florida.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
A tenant placed penis shape soaps around the condo I was selling to be funny because he didn’t want to move-out.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I am only 5’2″. I usually wear heels so I appear taller.

Positano, Italy
