Douglas Elliman announced the launch of Le Reve, a collection of luxury townhomes in Boca Raton.

The development consists of five townhomes, each spanning 4,600 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The townhomes include a main home as well as an additional one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house. Each residence also has a private pool and parking space for four cars.

Architecture for the project was handled by Netta of Delray, while interiors were designed by Carrie Leigh. All residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring and porcelain tiling and European cabinetry.

Two townhomes from Le Reve are already on the market: Unit C, listed for $4.85 million, and Unit A, listed for $5.288 million.
