Clara Homes will construct its third building at Clara Bay Harbor, an apartment complex in the Bay Harbor neighborhood.

The developer received approval for the third building of its ultra-luxury residences, as well as Transfer of Development Rights, from the Town of Bay Harbor Islands. Clara Bay Harbor marks Clara Homes’ first multifamily development in South Florida.

Construction on Clara Bay Harbor’s first residential building, at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive, began in February. The building will feature 28 two- to five-bedroom units and is expected to open to residents in fall 2024.

Construction on the second building, at 1147-1163 100th St., is scheduled to begin later this year. This 145,000-square-foot building will include 45 large apartments.

Upon completion of all three buildings, Clara Bay Harbor will be home to 150 luxury residences.
