Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will partner with Dezer Platinum Realty to handle sales for Bentley Residences, the first Bentley-branded residential building in the world. Dezer Development made the announcement in a press release.
Located on Collins Avenue in the Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood, the 62-story highrise will be home to 216 luxury residences upon completion. Sieger Suarez Architects partnered with Bentley Motors to bring an auto-inspired concept to the tower’s exterior, architecture and interior. Residences will include signature Bentley details including the brand’s recognizable diamond pattering.
Additional luxury features will include private outdoor terraces with heated pools, Italian cabinetry and master bathroom saunas. Each unit will also be connected to the Dezervator, a car lift that transports both a car and its passengers from the road to their apartment.
Construction is expected to complete in 2026 on this beachfront property. Pricing starts at $5.6 million.
