Residents have begun moving in at The Palma mixed-use building in downtown Doral, Codina Partners said.

The Palma joins its sister development, previously named 5250 Park, on Northwest 84th Avenue. Together, the two buildings contain nearly 600 apartment homes and over 17,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, rooftop pool deck and on-site theater.

Leasing and property management for the residences at The Palma will be handled by Bozzuto.
