Georgia’s First Multiple Listing Service, Florida’s Stellar MLS and Alabama’s Gulf Coast MLS recently reached a three-way data-sharing agreement to provide their members reciprocal access to one another’s regional property listings.   

FMLS had been sharing data with Mobile-based Gulf Coast MLS for two years and started a sharing program with Stellar MLS last year. The new agreement allows all three platforms to share data with one another, FMLS President and CEO Jeremy Crawford said in an announcement. 

“Since both MLSs are already mapped through FMLS, it was just a flip of a switch for us to enable reciprocal access for them as well,” Crawford said. 

The agreement comes shortly after FMLS announced a similar data-sharing arrangement with the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®. 

Headquartered in Altamonte Springs in Central Florida, Stellar MLS is Florida’s largest MLS company, with nearly 81,000 customers in Florida and Puerto Rico. FMLS has more than 57,000 members, and Gulf Coast MLS has almost 2,400. 

“What we’ve built with FMLS is like a hub and spoke, allowing participating MLSs to share their data easily with others in the region,” Stellar MLS CEO Merri Jo Cowen said. “Best of all, it costs nothing to make this happen between our partners. There are no new fees for our collective MLS organizations or extra costs to our brokers and agents.”
