A new online platform for residential real estate agents, DASH, is debuting in South Florida. The company plans to further expand their outreach into 10 more markets during the next 30 months.
DASH will be a comprehensive database for newly developed homes, townhomes and condos. Features on the property technology platform include marketing materials, market data and floorplans. Agents will be able to share these tools under their own personal branding. This new source for real estate info will be available to users for a monthly fee.

Numerous developers and brokerages collaborated on DASH, including Douglas Elliman, Compass, Concoran, Related, BH3, One World Properties, BHS, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Zeckendorf, Oak Capital and Swire Properties.
