What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Property management and Leasing at a luxury complex.

Where did you grow up?

Nebraska.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

I wanted to be a famous singer.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I read, journal, sit outside at the pool or beach and stay hydrated.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Elvis Presley; I would want to talk to him about his life, what kept him going and if he ever though he would have such a huge legacy.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

I found Joia Beach to be a treasure. The vibes, food, drinks and views are amazing.

What do you love most about the industry?

I love being able to help others find their dream space and help them imagine all the possibilities and potential it holds.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult aspect is that it is not always as glorious as it may seem.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Social media, being consistent with it and providing value.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I’ve been reading a lot of psychology books about how the mind works, how to create your ideal reality and how powerful we are.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

Any pasta!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

I love the buildings in Coral Gables. I love how they all match and correlate and have a welcoming feel.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Google maps led me to the wrong address, and I was very confused.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I also model with an agency here in Miami!

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

I love to vacation in Puerto Rico. The water is so clear, the food is great and the people are fun.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

It’s OK to not be the best right away. Don’t get discouraged. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

I love to follow influencers or others who have similar careers or interests as me. I look up to them for content ideas, advice and motivation.
