Selene Oceanfront Residences recently sold a $12.2 million penthouse, a preconstruction record for Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Selene is a waterfront property by developer Kolter Urban and, when finished, will be the tallest residential development on Fort Lauderdale Beach. 

The development will have two slender towers rising 300 feet above sea level with a range of amenities, including a fitness center, a resort-style pool, a lap fitness pool and a spa and a pavilion-shaded pool bar. 

The record-selling penthouse will feature four bedrooms and 5.5 baths with 5,435 interior square footage and 1,195 exterior square feet. 

The penthouse was sold by Cari Cascio of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the exclusive sales team for the development.
