Albert Einstein: Einstein was not only one of the greatest scientific minds in history, but he also had a profound impact on our understanding of the universe and reshaped our perception of reality through his theories of relativity. Einstein was not just a scientist but also a philosopher and humanitarian. His views on peace, education and the role of science in society continue to be relevant today. Engaging in a conversation with him would undoubtedly broaden my horizons and offer unique insights into the mind of one of the greatest thinkers in history.

What do you love most about the industry?

Building relationships: Real estate is a people-centric business that thrives on building and maintaining relationships. Over the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to connect with clients, industry professionals and their local communities. Developing meaningful connections and being a trusted advisor to clients have led to long-term partnerships and referrals.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Client expectations: I often work with clients who have specific expectations and requirements. Balancing those expectations with the realities of the market and available properties can be a delicate task. Managing client expectations, providing realistic advice and effectively communicating throughout the process requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide objective guidance.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Network strategically: Networking remains a powerful tool for generating leads. Attend industry events, join professional associations and engage in community activities to expand your network. One couple brought their two 30-pound dogs to an open house I hosted. They insisted on carrying the dogs through the home and spending a lot of time in each room — all while the dogs barked nonstop. That was a bit weird, but the couple did end up buying the home, though, so the dogs clearly approved of the layout!
