Keller Williams launches three more enrichment programs for agents

by John Yellig

Keller Williams unveiled another three new personal-development programs, or “business communities,” for its agents to provide them with specialized training, technology, coaching and referral opportunities: KW Operations, KW Wellness and KW Clarity.

These communities are in addition to Keller Williams’ 15 existing programs, which include KW Relocation, KW Style to Design, KW Real Estate Planner, KW Talent and KW Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Keller Williams expects to launch three to four more communities by the end of the year.

“Our latest communities were specifically designed to develop and grow vital skills for real estate professionals in day-to-day business operations roles, while also promoting wellness practices,” KW Director of Communities Vanessa Hadrych said. “Our business communities enable our real estate entrepreneurs to continue to thrive in today’s shifting housing market, while fostering a strong sense of connection, empowerment and impact.”

KW Operations supports members who serve in operational business roles by encouraging them to use their core strengths to grow. Members can access monthly education and training, income-producing referrals and a membership portal with access to on-demand training and resources.

KW Wellness is built around physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and seeks to inspire personal development and foster community with like-minded individuals. Members have access to monthly learning events and a wellness platform with activities, resources and more.

KW Clarity aims to support agents who are either in recovery from substances themselves or are helping others in the process. Along with monthly meetings and business-building activities, the community offers substance-free activities at KW’s training conferences.
