Miami’s dreamiest neighborhoods — ranked

by Emily Mack

Sometimes, you just have to check Zillow. Even if you’re not really in the market, even if it’s out of your price range … the site is always good for home fantasy inspo. And that’s what HouseFresh investigated in a recent study: Where do shoppers linger most on Zillow?

HouseFresh analyzed Zillow listings from across America to determine the most desired neighborhoods in each major city. Using the page views per day per listing, HouseFresh found the overall number of views per neighborhood — and in Miami, Brickell beat the bunch.

Averaging 16,823 daily views, Brickell stood out as the most longed-for part of the city, followed by Kendall (with an average of 8,355 daily views), Downtown (7,091), Wynwood-Edgewater (4,133) and the Upper Eastside (4,116).

The most-searched neighborhoods nationwide were Northeast Dallas, Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, Camelback East in Phoenix, La Jolla in San Diego and the Upper East Side in New York City.
