Brown Harris Stevens recently announced two additions to the firm’s Miami Beach offices.
Katrina Rosendary is returning to BHS Miami after filming a reality series highlighting luxury real estate. She joins the Continuum office. Marina Elliot will work out of the Sunset Harbour office.
“BHS Miami is pleased to welcome Marina and to celebrate Katrina’s return,” said Sebastian Vallejo, Brown Harris Stevens managing director for Miami Beach. “They embody the balance of professionalism and personalism that enable us to serve our clients at the highest level. Both women bring diverse personal experience along with impressive real estate knowledge and instincts.”
Rosendary is a relocation expert, having moved to South Florida from a small town in Pennsylvania. She has experience in marketing, investments, buyer and seller representation, rentals and project management.
Elliot, a Miami resident for 20 years, has represented residential and commercial investors and has expertise in the luxury market and working with international buyers. She previously worked for Fortune 500 companies in insurance, staffing and recruiting. Elliot writes a monthly real estate column for the largest newspaper serving Florida’s Brazilian community.
