Grammy-winning rapper Future recently purchased a $16.3 million home in Miami Beach. 

Future’s new home is 8,897 square feet, featuring seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms on gated Allison Island. 

The primary bedroom includes a full wet bar, wine fridge, two walk-in closets and a private balcony. The backyard has a pool, spa, summer kitchen and dining area, with enough space to park a yacht. 

Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, and Jordan Karp represented Future in the transaction. 

Another Grammy-winning rapper — Lil Wayne — bought a home on the same island in 2018 for $17 million, according to reports.
