Sales launch at first residences at Fort Lauderdale’s Pier Sixty-Six

by Patrick Regan

Sales are under way at The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale, Tavistock Development Company said Tuesday.

The development includes a first-phase offering of 62 luxury condominiums from two to four bedrooms, starting at $3 million.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty will handle sales and marketing of the units. Construction started in 2021 and is expected to be completed in early 2024 along with the new Pier Sixty-Six Resort.

Buyer options will include an 11-story building with 31 residences from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet. It will be Fort Lauderdale’s first building to offer private pools in every unit. The development will also include two four-story buildings, totaling 31 residences ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 square feet.

Amenities will include restaurants, lounges, spa, recreation areas, club room, private cabanas, fitness room and concierge services.

“The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six are a rare opportunity for buyers to own at one of the most iconic properties, both rich with history and amenities, in South Florida,” Amy Ballon, Tavistock’s director of sales for Pier Sixty-Six, said in a news release. “Our resort residences offer a variety of well-thought-out floor plans that engage owners with the water and marina.”
