Florida finished No. 7 overall in WalletHub’s Best States To Live In list, buoyed by its scores for quality of life (No. 5) and its economy (No. 6).
The analysis, published this month, assessed every U.S. state in five categories: affordability, economy, education and health, quality of life and safety. The study compared states in 52 livability indicators, including housing costs, education rates and the quality of hospitals.
Florida also scored well for safety, at No. 15. The Sunshine State ranked No. 25 for education and health and No. 33 for affordability.
