The largest single-family oceanfront lot in Miami is available for the first time, with a price tag of $100 million.

The listing is held by Ryan Serhant, of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, and Dina Goldentayer, Douglas Elliman’s No. 1 agent nationally.

The property at 355 Ocean Boulevard in the Golden Beach neighborhood features 250 feet of ocean frontage on 1.5 acres. The home is 32,000 square feet with nine bedrooms, 14.5 baths, a wine cellar, home theater, bowling alley, spa and gym.

Serhant founded his own company, SERHANT, in 2020 and has represented a number of high-end buyers in South Florida, including the most expensive home sale in the state, a Palm Beach estate closing at just under $140 million. 

This is Serhant’s first time representing a seller in South Florida.
