The Quint Collection development recently sold its last townhouse and set a price-per-square-foot record for Hollywood Beach.
The 10-residence townhome project at 2800 N. Ocean Drive sold its last unit for $2.8 million in March. One of the units closed in December for $2.825 million, or $889 per square foot, a record for the area.
The complex includes five-story waterfront townhomes with a private marina, 12 boat slips and views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Anne Kolb Nature Preserve, plus a sky deck with outdoor kitchen, Jacuzzi and entertainment area.
The developer is JQ, based in Miami. Douglas Elliman agents Lourdes Alatriste and Miguel J. Solis took over sales in March 2021 and closed out the building this spring.
