Developers have launched reservations for The Perigon, a preconstruction tower on Miami Beach with units starting at $3 million.
The 17-story tower at 5333 Collins Ave. will offer 82 residences, with completion scheduled for 2025.
Miami developer Mast Capital, in conjunction with Starwood Capital Group, will spearhead the project. It will be the first residential project in the area designed by OMA New York. Landscape design will be by Gustafson Porter+Bowman, the firm that redesigned the green space at the Eiffel Tower.
Units at The Perigon will range from two to four bedrooms and 2,100 to 6,700 square feet, with wraparound terraces. Building amenities include an oceanfront restaurant, pool and hot tub, cabanas, spa, sauna, ocean-view fitness center, children’s playroom, salon, screening room, wine room and valet.
Sales are handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
