Before getting into real estate, my career at Closet Factory was a mixture of interior design, project management, and sales. These experiences provide me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations and always putting my clients first throughout the entire process of one of the biggest investments of their lives.
I was born in Miami and raised in Haiti. I’m Haitian American. I’m fluent in English, French and Creole.
Growing up, I wanted to be an interior designer. I ended up getting my master’s degree in interior design at the Academy of Art University.
I’m a big foodie. Being on a couch, watching a nice show with food keeps me relaxed. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines whenever I can.
I would love to meet Elon Musk. His drive and commitment to his work really inspire me.
South Florida’s best-kept secret is the Venetian Pool in Coral Gables. It’s the country’s largest freshwater swimming pool. Most people outside of South Florida have not heard about this gem.
Not one day is ever the same. I enjoy meeting different and interesting people daily. The fact that everyone has their own story, and every day is never the same in the real estate world is one of the reasons that I enjoy my career.
The real estate market is always evolving. There’s no crystal ball to really predict the market which makes this career a bit risky. However, as long as you love what you do, there’s not much to fear.
It’s all about networking and meeting people every day.
I love cooking shows, anything with Chef Gordon Ramsay, I’ll watch. I’m currently reading “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” I listen a lot to Tony Robbins.
There’s so many. But I would have to say some fried pork chunks with fried green plantain with a side of salad.
I love the One Thousand Museum, which is a high-rise residential condominium in Miami designed by Zaha Hadid.
I had a client who wanted to check the water pressure in every shower before committing to buying the home.
Even though my line of work requires a lot of social events and interacting with people, I’m actually an introvert.
So far, my favorite vacation spot is Dubai. I love that it’s different and exotic.
My advice would be consistency and discipline. These two will bring you far.
I would say Tony Robbins. Mindset is key, and he helps a lot with that. Chef Ramsay, I believe he’s one of the best chefs there is.
