Sales are underway at Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story tower on the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach.
The building, at 4741 N. Flagler Drive, features 55 two- and three-bedroom luxury residences and four-bedroom townhouses, according to a news release. Amenities include swimming pools, private dock and boat slips, grill and lounge space, fitness center, theater and meeting space.
Pricing begins at $2.5 million, and delivery is expected in 2025. About 30% of the building is sold.
“As our first foray into residential development in the Palm Beaches, we are excited to officially launch sales with a more accessible luxury product in the Northwood area as the neighborhood continues to thrive and grow,” Kenneth Baboun, principal developer, said in the news release. “With a sought-after location, Alba Palm Beach will introduce a limited-edition waterfront lifestyle that celebrates high-quality workmanship, elevated amenities, and effortless coastal living – all of which are in demand yet hard to come by in today’s market.”
