Arte Surfside, a 12-story oceanfront condo building, finalized two sales last month and has one more unit available, according to a news release.
The complex made headlines in 2021 after it sold one of its penthouses for $22.5 million in cryptocurrency, a pioneering deal signaling a shift in how luxury real estate changes hands. The building is also known for having Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner as tenants.
Two of the building’s 16 residences sold in January, for $12.225 million and $11.2 million. Both sold at or above asking price, the news release said. The last remaining unit, Residence 201, is a six-bedroom duplex priced at $20 million.
“With 2022 already off to such a strong start, Residence 201 won’t be on the market for much longer,” said Alex Sapir, chairman of Sapir Corp LTD, whose Israel- and New York-based subsidiary, SC 8955 LLC, developed the project.
The available unit has nearly 7,000 interior square feet, featuring 7.5 bathrooms, private elevator entry, two kitchens and private wraparound terraces with ocean views, the news release said. The building includes an indoor and an outdoor pool, rooftop tennis court, fitness center, sauna, children’s playroom and private parking.
Sales are handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
