Habitat Group announced today that it is launching sales for Smart Brickell Tower 3, the third and final condominium in the firm’s Brickell development project.
Tower 3 will consist of 23 stories of furnished and move-in-ready residences curated by design firm Arquitectonica Interiors. Gensler provided the concept and branding for the tower.
Located at 267 SW 9th St., Tower 3 will be wider than Smart Brickell’s first two towers, allowing the building to offer larger floor plans for its 71 flexible-use condominiums and 42 short-term lodging units, according to a press release.
Condominiums will range from 553-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom residences to 847-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom residences. Lodging units, which are optimally designed for short-term visits and allow continuous stays of up to 30 days, offer one-bedroom, one-bathroom layouts and larger floor plans with one bedroom, two bathrooms and a den.
All units will be furnished with designer-selected furniture from Pottery Barn and West Elm.
Residents will have access to an amenity deck with a recreational area and terrace, two resort-style pools with a lap area and sun deck, a sky fitness center, ground-floor bistro restaurants, a spa and fitness center, one valet parking space per unit, a rooftop bar and lounge and a fully equipped business center.
Tower 3 will break ground in 2022 with expected completion in 2024, the release noted. The first two towers are sold out.
