William Raveis Mortgage has launched a new program to give clients an advantage in today’s competitive real estate market by allowing them to present all-cash offers, calling it “the strongest way for a buyer to submit an offer today because it enables certainty that the buyer can perform on their side of the contract.”
“Cash is king in today’s real estate market,” Ryan Raveis, co-president of William Raveis Real Estate and president of WRM, said in a release. “We are putting our capital in your pocket to buy your dream house and give you a competitive advantage. We will buy the home our clients want to list, and we will buy the home our clients want to buy so they can present an all-cash deal and finance it later. It’s an incredible win-win.”
The CashBid Program announcement comes six months after the launch of the Raveis Purchase program, which helps sellers who want to sell and buy in a hurry. With Raveis Purchase, WRRE will purchase a client’s home for an initial payment of up to 80% of the current value, enabling them to unlock their home equity quickly, so they can make a confident, non-contingent offer on their next home, which WRRE will also help them buy, finance and insure. Once the seller’s home is empty, the firm handles any needed renovations and readies it for sale before listing.
Also this week, William Raveis Mortgage is relaunching its web presence with a redesign and multi-platform advertising and marketing campaign that will include television commercials, billboards, direct mail, social media and digital advertising.
