Solemar in Pompano Beach has 60% of residences pre-sold

by Stacy Carchman

Miami is not the only area blossoming with new construction. The Fort Lauderdale area is seeing growth also. Pompano Beach is transforming and there is a demand for luxury property. The newest venture in Pompano is Solemar, where 60% of the units are pre-sold, according to a press release.

The project is a boutique 105-residence building with a variety of home options and expanded floor plans. Residence pricing starts at $1.5 million, ranging from 2,000 square feet to 2,600 square feet, as well as penthouse units up to 4,600 square feet, according to the release.

“Solemar is quickly resonating with people across the nation because it provides rare opportunity to experience beachfront property at an attainable price point and within an up-and-coming location,” Wendy Marks Pine, director of sales for Related Realty, said in the release.

The property provides views of the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse and is accessible to popular points like the Pompano Pier. They also provide residents with a Home Wellness Intelligence Network developed by Delos, a real estate and technology pioneer, among other amenities.
