Bespoke Real Estate, the New York-based real estate firm, recently opened a Miami Beach office and announced the promotion of industry veteran Harlan Goldberg to senior Managing Director and Head of Bespoke Florida, according to a press release.

Goldberg has over 15 years of experience and will manage Bespoke’s growing operations in South Florida with CEO Zachary Vichinsky.

The firm specializes in ultra-luxury listings and $10 million-plus transactions.

“The Miami market is seeing incredible growth due to the influx of COVID-19 migrants and South Florida’s position as an international hub for business,” said Goldberg in the release. “This evolution, which is attracting ultra-luxury buyers, requires a specialized approach to cater to the needs of each individual. Our business model presents an opportunity for listing owners and developers to efficiently and impactfully reach their target market.”

Goldberg is licensed in Florida and New York and has extensive knowledge in these markets. Bespoke has broadened its presence in South Florida, according to the release.
