Sales have begun for the 100-story tower Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, 300 Biscayne Boulevard, according to a press release from developer PMG.
”Like most South Florida residential real estate, our construction timeline is dependent on sales,” said Ryan Shear, managing partner of PMG. “My partners and I are optimistic that we will break ground in 2022, especially considering the incredible momentum the Miami market, specifically downtown Miami, is seeing from local, domestic and international buyers.”
The 1,049-foot tower will be composed of nine offset glass cubes that will “rise as the tallest tower south of New York City,” Shear said in an email. Amenities will include smart-home technology, concierge services, 24/7 room service, spa and fitness treatments and valet service, among others.
PMG collaborated with Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects and California-based interior design firm BAMO, Shear said.
